§ 10-78. Burning of industrial waste products.

None of the requirements and/or limitations imposed by this article, on the burning of combustible material, shall apply to the burning of industrial waste products where the waste products are burned in an incinerator which is so constructed and so operated as to comply with the pollution standards of the state and all applicable ordinances of the city.
