§ 10-85. Location of approved containers.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn in an approved container, when the location of the container is within fifteen (15) feet of:
(1)

Any structure;

(2)

A material composed in whole or part of combustible or flammable material;

(3)

A property line; or

(4)

Utility lines or facilities.
