§ 12-26. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Act shall mean the Public Facilities Board Act [A.C.A. § 14-137-101 et seq.].

Board shall mean the city health facilities board (Jenkins Housing) created in this article.

Corporation shall mean Jenkins Housing, Inc., an Arkansas nonprofit corporation.

Projects shall mean two (2) ten-bed intermediate care facilities in the city for the mentally retarded that are or will be constructed and equipped by the corporation.
