§ 13-182. Penalty.

The failure on the part of any owner or operator of a pawnshop or pawnbroker to comply with the provisions of this article shall be deemed a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, the offender shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each separate offense. Each day of noncompliance with this article shall be deemed a separate offense.
