§ 14-1. State criminal laws, procedures and penalties, adopted by reference.

The city hereby adopts the criminal laws and criminal procedure of the state as the laws and/or ordinances and procedure to be used by the city in its law enforcement. The penalties prescribed by the state statutes for violations of its laws shall be the penalties for law violations within the city.
