§ 17-52. Creation, composition.

The Pine Bluff Civic Auditorium Complex Commission is hereby created in the city. The commission shall be composed of seven (7) qualified electors of the city. No member of this commission shall hold any remunerative elective office in the city, state, or federal government while a member of this commission. The mayor shall be an ex officio member of the commission. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the mayor, subject to approval of the council. Each commissioner shall file the oath required by state law of public officials.
