§ 21-58. Rank.

Auxiliary law enforcement officers shall operate an order of rank and authority that roughly resembles the same rank and authority of the regular police department. The designated head of the auxiliary law enforcement officers shall not have, however, the power to discharge any such members, this right in power to be exercised only by the chief of police of the regular police department.
