§ 24-65. Concrete required; grade.

All curbing shall be of concrete and not less than four (4) inches thick and of a depth to maintain and protect the sidewalks and in no case less than sixteen (16) inches. Such sidewalks shall be of concrete and shall extend from property line to curbline. Sidewalks and curb shall be laid on the proper grade as established by this article, and shall be properly laid, well built and carefully maintained, and be subject to the approval of the street manager.
