§ 25-92. Final inspection.

(a)

Upon completion of construction, the developer shall arrange a final inspection of all streets and utilities. This inspection may be attended by the developer, his engineer, the contractor, and the city engineer.

(b)

If the city engineer determines that the streets and utilities are complete and in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, he shall so inform the developer in writing. The developer shall then transmit in writing to the city a notice of completion, the required bonds, and the as-built drawings.
