§ 25-116. Street improvements.

(a)

Street grading. All streets shall be cleared and graded in conformance with approved plans.

(b)

Street paving. Streets shall be paved to widths specified in this article. The city may participate in the construction of streets designated on the master street plan as arterials. The developer shall install pavement up to thirty-six (36) feet in width from back-of-curb to back-of-curb. The developer shall pay the cost up to collector standards and the city shall pay the additional costs except that right-of-way shall be dedicated at no cost to the city.

(c)

Street name signs. Street name signs shall be required in all subdivisions and paid for by the developer. Such signs shall conform to specifications of the city.
