§ 25-138. Sanitary sewage disposal.

(a)

Where a public sanitary sewer is within three hundred (300) feet of any point of a subdivision the subdivider shall connect with such sewer and provide a connection to each lot, unless the sewer connection would be contrary to the city sewer policy. All sewer extensions shall be built in accordance with the city sewer policy.

(b)

Such sanitary sewer systems shall be installed and the service connections installed to each lot prior to the installation of the street pavement.

(c)

Where a public sanitary sewer is not accessible, an alternate method of sewer disposal system may be used when in compliance with the standards of the Arkansas State Board of Health and these regulations.
