§ 26-296. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Chipwood trucks shall mean any truck one and one-half (1½) tons or larger hauling pulpwood chips.

Log trucks shall mean any truck one and one-half (1½) tons or larger hauling cut or trimmed logs or logs in any unprocessed form.

Rock trucks shall mean any truck one and one-half (1½) tons or larger hauling gravel, stones, broken or crushed rocks or rocks in any unprocessed form.
