§ 26-145. Unlawful to sell merchandise from parked vehicles.

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale from any automobile, truck, wagon or other vehicle which may be parked, placed or stopped on any street or alley, sidewalk or parkway of the city, any fruit, melons, vegetables, produce or merchandise of any kind.
