§ 26-148. No stopping, standing, or parking near hazardous or congested places.

The city council shall determine and designate by proper signs, places in which the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay in traffic. When official signs are erected at hazardous or congested places as determined herein, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any area so designated.
