§ 28-46. Operation of sewer system; utility commission.

The present municipal sewer system, along any improvements, enlargements and extensions, shall be operated and controlled by a utility commission which shall have and exercise the powers conferred by, and be subject to the limitations and provisions of A.C.A. tit. 14, ch. 201, subch. 2 [§ 14-201-201 et seq.]. The city council shall appoint one (1) member each year to serve a five-year term.
