Bills to users of the sewer system for the rates or charges herein established and
maintained or as hereafter adjusted and maintained, shall be due and payable each
month at the same time that the monthly water bill of the users of sewer system becomes
due and payable, and the rates or charges to each consumer shall be placed upon the
water bill of such users, and such users are hereby authorized and directed to pay
such sewer charge at the office of General Waterworks Corporation or to the proper
agency. If the foregoing rates or charges are not paid when due, the same shall be
collected as provided in A.C.A. § 14-235-223, as amended, relative to the collection
of such rates or charges.
