§ 28-87. Miscellaneous provisions.

(a)

Removal credits and net/gross calculations. The wastewater utility will not provide for any removal credits or net/gross calculations for any discharger.

(b)

Net/gross calculations. The wastewater utility may elect to adjust categorical pretreatment standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the discharger's intake water, in accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.15.
