§ 28-131. Noncompliance incident.

When an industrial user exceeds the toxic pollutant limits set by this division, the industry will be notified by certified mail, return receipt requested, regarding the noncompliance incident. The industry must notify the utility within thirty (30) days, giving the reason for noncompliance and the steps taken to prevent any recurrences.
