§ 28-133. Judicial proceedings.

Following the entry of any order by the wastewater utility with respect to the conduct of a discharger contrary to the provisions of section 28-128, the attorney for the wastewater utility may, following the authorization of such action by the wastewater utility, commence an action for appropriate legal and/or equitable relief in the appropriate local court.
