§ 28-372. Supersession/conflict.

Latest version.

This article supersedes any previous ordinances or provisions thereof which are inconsistent or conflict with the provisions of this article. A conflicting provision of any prior ordinance or part of an ordinance inconsistent or conflicting with any part of this article is hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
