§ 28-238. Permitting—Existing connections.

Any existing industrial user identified by Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility and required by the manager to obtain an individual wastewater discharge permit shall be notified by the manager in writing and shall complete and return an industrial wastewater discharge permit application within the time established by the manager. The manager may deny or condition the contribution of pollutants by such user in the industrial wastewater discharge permit.
