§ 28-257. Regulation of waste received outside the city's jurisdiction.

All users, which are outside the jurisdiction and are not part of another incorporated city, shall be required to agree by written contract to abide by the conditions set forth in this article, subsequent revisions and amendments to this article, and any rules and/or regulations promulgated by the Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility in accordance with section 28-286 of this article.
