§ 28-272. Other reports—Permitted and unpermitted users.

All users shall provide appropriate reports to the manager as the manager may require. Such reports may request, but are not limited to, the nature and characteristics of the user's wastewater (industrial waste survey). Failure to complete requested reports or survey shall be considered a violation of this section and considered reasonable grounds for legal action as provided by this article.
