§ 2-209. Organization; reports.

  • The public facilities board may adopt bylaws and other rules and regulations as shall be necessary for the conduct of its business and consistent with the provisions of the Public Facilities Boards Act [A.C.A. § 14-137-101 et seq.]. The board shall have a seal. The board shall cause to be filed with the city clerk of the city an annual report as described in A.C.A. § 14-137-123.
