§ 4-26. License required; application.

No person shall engage in the wholesale or retail alcoholic beverage business in the city without a license. A license application shall contain sworn statement of the name of the business sought to be licensed, the names and addresses of all the persons owning or holding any interest in such business, the proposed location of such business, and the owner or owners of the building or premises in which such business is to be located. The application shall also carry with it the number and date of the license issued to the applicant by the state commissioner of revenue. A fee in the amount established in section 13-89 shall be paid for such license.
