§ 5-60. Confidentiality of complainants.

Animal control shall maintain a list of the names and addresses of private citizens who make complaints of violations of these provisions, but in order to protect confidentiality and protect complainants from undue harassment. Animal control shall not identify nor make the names available for inspection, except upon court order.
