The minimum number of circuits that must be declared for new work is determined by the square foot area.

Each installation of meter loop only, where no other wiring is involved, the fee is six dollars ($6.00) per loop plus the permit fee.

    a.

If a permit is granted for an installation of a meter loop only and, upon inspection, it is found that other wiring has been done, or evidence that other wiring will be done, without a permit, then the permit shall not be renewed until the licensed electrician applying for the meter loop permit assumes the responsibility for the existing and/or future wiring and takes out a permit for same.
