§ 7-274. Quorum.

Three (3) members of the board shall constitute a quorum. In varying the application of any provisions of any code or in modifying and order of an official inspector, affirmative votes of the majority present, but not less than three (3) affirmative votes shall be required. A board member shall not act in a case in which he has personal interest. If a member abstains from voting because of a personal interest, the mayor shall be notified as soon as practical and shall appoint an alternate.
