§ 7-181. Adoption of code.

There is hereby adopted for the city the property maintenance code, known as the International Residential Code, being particularly the 2012 edition thereof, with subsequent amendments and revisions, and the whole thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, of which not less than three (3) copies have been and are now filed in the office of the city clerk, is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
