§ 8-31. Fees and charges—Grave space.

The price for grave spaces in Graceland Cemetery is hereby fixed in the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) for each grave space. The price of grave spaces in the Cedar Grove section of Graceland Cemetery is hereby fixed in the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) for each grave space. The price for grave spaces in Bellwood and Bellwood Annex is hereby fixed in the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) for each grave space. The price for an infant burial space in any of the cemeteries, sections and annexes referenced herein shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00). Infant burial space means a space not exceeding one-half (½) the size of a regular burial space.
