§ 10-36. Authorized fees.

The fire department is authorized to assess a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per copy to a requester of a fire or incident (including first responder) report. Notice of the fees will be conspicuously posted by the fire department to apprise a requester of the cost associated with the service.
