§ 10-81. Fire chief to maintain list of approved containers.

The fire chief or his representative shall maintain a list of all approved burning containers within the city, listing the name or the owner thereof and its location. He shall make random inspections of approved containers to assure that they comply with the minimum standards set forth hereinbefore and are in a fire safe condition.
