Chapter 13. LICENSES, TAXATION AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS |
Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 13-1. Closing out sales, bankrupt sales, fire sales, etc.
Any person or business entity conducting a going out-of-business sale within the city, as defined by A.C.A. Section 4-74-101, shall comply with the provisions of A.C.A. Sections 4-74-101 et seq. The person or entity shall file a certified copy of the application for license to conduct the sale, which has been filed with the county clerk, as well as a copy of the license issued by the county clerk to conduct the sale, with the city collector no later than three (3) business days after issuance of the license by the county clerk.
