§ 13-2. Vending machines.

(a)

No person shall place music machines, cigarette machines, drink boxes or any kind of vending machines in any location if the location does not have an occupation license from the city.

(b)

This section shall not apply to:

(1)

The placement of vending machines by a bona fide charitable organization.

(2)

Locations in public buildings.
