§ 15-3. Fines, costs, payable in cash.

In all cases where fines, forfeitures, penalties, fees or costs are levied in the municipal court, such fines, forfeitures, penalties, fees and costs shall be paid in cash. It is hereby made the duty of the chief of police to see that such fines, forfeitures, penalties, fees and costs are paid in cash.
