§ 15-9. Mayor to appoint and authorize inspectors to issue citations.

Designated representatives of the mayor are hereby empowered and authorized to issue citations to require alleged violators of the Pine Bluff Municipal Code to appear in the Municipal Court of Pine Bluff to answer charges of these violations. The mayor shall designate in writing the individuals who are authorized to issue citations. This list shall be filed with the city clerk.
