§ 19-4. Authority to appoint and remove the chief of the police and fire departments.

The Mayor of the City of Pine Bluff, in accordance with A.C.A. Section 14-42-110(a)(1), and subject to the provisions thereof, shall have the power to appoint and remove the chiefs of the fire and police departments of the city.
