§ 23-36. Sanitation fee.

All residential customers in the city shall be required to pay a monthly sanitation fee for each residential unit occupied as a residence. The mayor is hereby authorized and directed to effectuate such changes as may be necessary to ensure that proceeds collected shall be sufficient to fund all costs associated with sanitation collection and disposal services.
