§ 23-37. Payment of fee; refunds.

(a)

The residential customer fee provided for in section 23-36 shall be payable in advance and shall be collected by the General Waterworks Company on each residential meter for all residential units in the city.

(b)

The residential customer fee shall not be abated or refunded by reason of there being a lack of use of any residence or building for a period of time unless the water has been disconnected from the residence or building.
