§ 25-88. Construction standards.

(a)

All improvements shall be made in accordance with the standards established by this chapter that are in effect at the time of the preapplication conference.

(b)

The city engineer has been authorized to enforce rules, regulations, standards, specifications, and other documents as necessary to established minimum criteria for the construction of streets and utilities to be constructed within the city and the area within the limits of its jurisdiction.
