§ 25-89. Authority of city engineer.

The city engineer or his representative shall have the authority to inspect any and all improvements to insure that they are in conformance with all plans, specifications, and any written agreements which have been approved by the planning commission. He has the authority to require the removal and/or replacement, at the expense of the developer, of any phase of the work which is not in accordance with the requirements of the plans approved in accordance with this chapter.
