§ 2-182. Appointment of employees of independent commissions or boards to other commissions or boards.

  • (a)

    An employee of an independent commission or board of the city may be appointed to another independent board or commission (but not the board or commission which employs him) of the city.

    (b)

    An individual who is employed by one (1) independent commission or board and is appointed to another such body must abstain from voting or participating in any action of the commission or board to which he is appointed which may impact, effect, or concern the commission or board which employs him.
