§ 2-207. Created, purpose.

There is hereby created and established the "City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Public Facilities Board," to accomplish, finance, contract concerning and deal with or dispose of waterworks and sewer facilities, and to otherwise act in such manner as may be permitted by the Public Facilities Boards Act [A.C.A. § 14-137-101 et seq.] to provide adequate waterworks and sewer facilities within or near the city.
