§ 5-59. Set penalties.

All fees and fines must be paid prior to release of the animal, if impounded, or within other time periods prescribed in this article or as designated by the municipal court. The following penalties shall apply to the designated offenses:
Failure to wear tag (license or rabies) on or off premises\$25.00

Failure to possess city license\50.00

License fraud\100.00

Over limit of pets\25.00
