§ 7-271. Established.

There is hereby established by the city council of the City of Pine Bluff, for the purpose of hearing appeals and making adjustments, a five-member board to hear all appeals concerning interpretation, and enforcement of the Building Code, Electrical Code, Plumbing Code, Swimming Pool Code, Mechanical Code, Housing Code, and the Fire Prevention Code. The board shall be appointed by the mayor and approved by the city council.
