§ 7-241. Codes adopted.

(a)

There is hereby adopted by the city for the purposes of providing for the enforcement of minimum, uniform plumbing standards, and prescribing inspections of all plumbing systems wherever water originating from the public water supply is used, that certain code known as The Arkansas State Plumbing Code, and promulgated by the Arkansas State Board of Health under authority of A.C.A. tit. 17, ch. 31 [§ 17-31-101 et seq.], save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended, of which code not less than three (3) copies are filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk. Such codes are hereby incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.

(b)

All gas installations will be governed by chapter 15 of the Arkansas State Plumbing Code.
